Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • Metro areas:Ā 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas:Ā 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas:Ā 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers are outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 AUD or more. For orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate of $11.00 AUD applies. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us atĀ sales@saurithhouse.com.au.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saurithhouse.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Saurith House is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately atĀ sales@saurithhouse.com.au — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
